Abstract

This research aims to analyze the curriculum management of educourse.id training. The results show that the average score of learners as a workforce is above the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). This indicates that the curriculum used is effective in improving learners' competencies. The training is conducted through a combination of online and offline methods with systematic supervision and periodic evaluation. In addition, Training Need Analysis (TNA) is applied to adjust the curriculum to the learners' needs. This research suggests the importance of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions in comprehension tests as well as curriculum adjustments based on needs analysis and current developments. In addition, improving the quality of test questions, creating a conducive learning environment, improving communication and collaboration, and continuous monitoring and quality assurance. The implications of this research can help companies in improving the quality of training programs and national and international competitiveness.
