Correlation Of Technology Use With Students' Critical Thinking Skills In Learning

This study examines the relationship between technology use and students' critical thinking skills in the context of technology-based learning in higher education. The method used is quantitative with a correlational approach, data were collected through questionnaires filled out by students. The results showed a significant positive relationship between the use of technology and critical thinking skills, although at a low level (r = 0.271). Technology has the potential to support the development of students' analysis, evaluation, and reflection skills, however, currently its use tends to be more focused on material delivery. This research emphasizes the importance of lecturers' skills in utilizing technology strategically as well as the need to develop learning design innovations to maximize the potential of technology in education
