Analysis Of The Potential Of Vtuber Characters As A Medium In Training Programs

This research aims to explore the feasibility of using Virtual YouTubers (VTubers) as a medium in training programs. The primary objective of this study is to test whether VTubers are suitable and can be effectively applied in the implementation of training programs. This study also aims to determine whether VTubers can enhance the engagement and understanding of training participants. The data collection method used in this study is an interview with students. The results of this study show that VTubers have unique, captivating, and innovative characteristics that can enrich the learning experience for participants in a training program. Therefore, the use of VTuber characteristics in training programs can be a creative and effective way to present materials to participants, particularly by considering the integration with human instructors and the selection of suitable characters.
